All orders are processed on your selected date before checkout. Your orders are confirmed by our team. If you don’t find your desired date on the site, this means we are fully booked and can no longer accept orders to keep quality up to standard. 

Delivery (Pre-orders and same-day)

Egg Tarts Manila’s online team verifies and dispatches orders 11AM onwards for pre-orders. For same-day orders, items are dispatched within the day (NO EXACT TIME GUARANTEED).

Deliveries are either done via motorcycle or car. Bulk orders are recommended to be delivered via car. If your area is not included in our scope of deliveries, you may choose our pickup option since we only currently deliver to the following areas:

• P99 - Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Paranaque

• P149 - Anywhere within MM

• P249 - Select areas of Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite

NOTE: Our current flat-rate delivery fees may be subject to change without prior notice, especially during the holidays.

Please specify your pin location, landmark, or any nearby establishment that is recognizable by Google Maps for us to accurately locate your drop-off. 

In case we cannot find a rider for you with our partner courier, we’ll suggest to book another service for you and update you on standard real-time rates. Any surges on delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer.

Pickup

Our team will notify you of location and pickup time once order is confirmed. You may opt to pickup in one of our branches or in our commissary. Kindly inform our team of your desired pickup option.

Disclaimer & others

We value your safety. We carefully pack your orders and make sure to seal them before handing them to your assigned rider.

Our online team is NOT responsible for any delays and or damages incurred by third-party couriers. We apply strict protocols in making sure your rider takes care of your item. Once your item is in transit, we are NO LONGER IN CONTROL of its handling.

Delivery time varies due to distance, weather conditions, traffic, and rider availability. Rest assured, you will be notified once your rider is on the way. 

In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you in locating your rider or reporting your rider to the proper authorities.
